Please ensure that you are properly attired ( School tie required) on the 21st May 2008.
Here are the duties you are assigned to.
You are to report to your team leader right after morning assembly at the venues stated. All will proceed to hall at 1115 for the Finals of Youth Water Challenge.

Registration
Teacher – in - Charge: LGP
Duty: To be stationed at the various venue. To give out programme booklet to all who sign in.
Leader : TAN WEN HUI LUKE ( Assign 2 to LT, 3 to Audi and 2 to Hall)

To help with registration. When registration is almost over around 0850, only one will stay at each venue to receive guests that are late.
2 students will be dispatched to Room C606 ( Written Quiz) and 2 others to COE Room 2 ( 3- mins challenge) to help out.
Report to the Hall at 1100 to help with exhibits and ushering. When the finals start, go for your break at uppercourt.

Duty: To be stationed in the various venue. Invite guests to the venue. Receive the guest at the big steps.
Leader: CHUA ZONGZHEN ( Assign 2 to big steps to welcome guests, 3 in Audi, 3 in LT)

All students to join in the conference when the conference starts. (To stand if there isn’t any seats left).
Those in charge of LT will invite all guests move to the Hall at the end of Concurrent session 1. Join in the session in the Hall Concurrent Session 2.
Eat with the Guests during reception.
After reception, to proceed to hall at 1115 to be ushers for the finals and give out survey forms at the end of finals.
Zhong Zhen to collect survey forms from Mr Selva.

Usher + Food

Duty: To be stationed outside the various venue. Invite guests to the venue. Receive the guest at the big steps.

Joel to assign 3 students to stay outside the each venues ( COE, Audi, LT) to help out. At 0900 to report to canteen to help with the arrangement of reception.
Only start eating at the end of the reception. Let the guests eat first.
After reception, help with the cleaning up about 1200.

In charge of bringing teachers to the COE room. Stay inside till 1045, then proceed to hall right after the sessions. Snacks provided in hall, go for break after the event.

With the help of NCC boys, get the student participants to be seated in the hall before the Preliminary rounds starts. At 0900 bring student to all the different venues for competition. Proceed to hall right after the sessions 1000. Snacks provided in hall, go for break after the event.

Abraham to be incharge of C606, Written Quiz. To make sure that the Quiz and the OTAS is enough.

Requests the teams to bring the visual aids to the hall after competition.
Pass the results to Mr Selva at the Hall.
